I went to the service department today to get some work done on my Accord- I've been using this dealership for the past few years and I walked in today and the place was beautiful!! Juan my service advisor said there was a new owner and new management cleaning up the place...great job!!! I dropped my car off this morning- they took me to work in the dealership shuttle and they gave me a complimentary bottle of water..nice touch guys.. \r
the service department at this store is great, the place is spotless, and the people that are their are fantastic- thanks Honda of Downtown Los Angeles!!!!!
