Review content:
I called the service dept from the road when my horn suddenly went off without warning and wouldn't stop. The man on the other line wouldn't tell me how to disengage my horn, insisting that I bring my car in to the shop, despite the fact that it was rush hour, I was in Burbank, and they're located downtown and it was about to close. Without warning he transferred me to someone's voicemail, so I called him right back. He reluctantly spouted off instructions, which I could not catch all of and when I asked him to repeat himself he angrily asked me if there was anyone else around me, ""Can you just get a man?"" I asked him what a man had to do with anything, to which he flippantly replied, ""OK, you don't want my help? Good bye!"" before hanging up the line. I've reported the dealership to corporate and filed a complaint against the man whose name is Chan Park. Cons: Poor customer service, unhelpful, rude, sexist
