We just bought an 09 Honda Pilot. We traded in an Certified Pre-owned '03 Pilot we bought from Goodson Honda West, and had a bad experience so we were really expecting to have to come in with both barrels blasting to get a good deal at Honda Cars of Katy. Ben Hicham was our salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable and he listened to our needs and we walked out with a new Pilot. more

Honda cars of Katy saved me from my car troubles! 8/19/2010

On the way home from our Texas road trip, we happened to have a little car trouble. The folks at Honda Cars of Katy were incredibly polite, helpful, and FAST! They had our car out of service & ready to drive within 3 hours. This dealership is gorgeous - everything is well planned & looks terrific. They even have a little cafe inside that serves sandwiches & drinks for the customer waiting on their car. I was so impressed by the quality of the staff at each interaction. Very professional. more

Their service was quite good. They worked with us to get the best deal, at the same time, they also considered our budget and tried to keep us within our price range. Javier works with you until you are ultimately satisfied with your decision. He gives you a list of cars that would not blow your budget and is patient when it comes to negotiation. more
