I've reviewed the report and have to say, wow! I'm truly and honestly impressed. Not only for the condition of the report and the amount of detail that was involved with it, but of course, your honest and professional opinion on items with our new home. We all sometimes get too excited when it comes to moving into a new home; sometimes we overlook some of the obvious (and sometimes not so obvious) items in a new home. Amy and I appreciate you honesty, your integrity and your over all good natured demeanor. Jen was right when she said you were her inspector, cause you are now ours as well and would be glad to recommend you to anyone we know wishing to build or even make improvements on their own home. I may contact you as I prepare to have some things corrected in the near future, if I don't understand some of the content.If you know of an energy person ( inspector) who is available right now...that would help. No one seems to be taking any more clients at this time. I would like to get the furnace done before the sheetrock gets put in. I can't believe there are only 6 people in anchorage area doing that type of work. Thank you again for your follow-up. more

This is the third home that I've 5/26/2012

This is the third home that I've purchased. Your inspection and report is the most thorough, by far, than any other I've experienced the only one that includes supporting photos. Thank-you also for the detailed explanation of the boiler/heat/water heater system and the various tips, e.g., additional efficiency of the gas fireplace if I install a fan. Another Exxon Mobil employee is relocating to Anchorage in early May. I will be sure to highly recommend your service. more
