I've reviewed the report and have to say, wow! I'm truly and honestly impressed. Not only for the condition of the report and the amount of detail that was involved with it, but of course, your honest and professional opinion on items with our new home. We all sometimes get too excited when it comes to moving into a new home; sometimes we overlook some of the obvious (and sometimes not so obvious) items in a new home. Amy and I appreciate you honesty, your integrity and your over all good natured demeanor. Jen was right when she said you were her inspector, cause you are now ours as well and would be glad to recommend you to anyone we know wishing to build or even make improvements on their own home.
