I recently paid for a quote for laminate and carpet, I needed to get this in a hurry before moving in at month end. The sales rep made an appointment with me for two days' time but changed the appointment time twice and eventually sent someone else out to measure up. After spending a lot of time explaining what I wanted in terms of quote the woman failed to pass this onto the original salesman and so the quote I received was a waste of time.\r

The following day after chasing up to find out where the quote was I was told the salesman was on his day off. Fair enough I said, can anyone else can help me chase it up? Another salesman offered to help work out the quote per my specs, but needed to get back to me. He did not and again I had to call into the store to find out what was happening with the missing info and was told that this other salesman was on his day off. It was the store manager that said that I was ""making him nervous"" with too many people working on my quote... \r

Excuse me, I am the customer who paid $50 for them to come out and measure up to provide a quote so that I can purchase goods from their store. You would think I deserved a bit more courtesy?? Afterall it is not my fault I'm being passed around and being made to wait a week to get my quote. \r

Needless to say, the attitude of the store manager and the lack of quote in a timely manner I took my business elsewhere and found the product a lot cheaper!!!
Pros: Great products
Cons: Lack of co-ordination
