They set me up in a ""special"" order without telling me it's a special order and the result-no back out. They had their ""specialist"" to over order the material for me- but no return. They had me wait for my order weeks by weeks-much delay than their promise. They made me paid double price for side material-I found out from other stores after the installation. They had someone installed the floors for us but very bad installation. They advertised they are having a big sale, but I ended up paying more than I could if I buy from other stores without discount! They are dishonest sales!!!!\r

They don't deserve half star, but I have to because it's requested.\r

I am glad that my nightmare finished two weeks ago! If yours hasn't, good luck! If you haven't step your feet on their store, don't ever buy their goods/services.
