Review content:
First day carpet to be installed took off a day got a call no carpet they stated that Friday for sure it would be in to install. Another vacation day, received a call at 3:00 pm they had the carpet but the padding was not in. Another date a week later for Saturday storm installer could not come in. Another date for the following Sat. between 8:00 and 10:00. No call no show between that time I had to call to find out what the problem was this time. They sent the installer to the wrong place. I worked night so getting up at before at was an inconvience. So two days of vacation shot, Saturdays shot no recognition by the company that they had inconvienced me. This is beyond poor service. This is no way to keep clients coming back..
