I just found this gem the other day. Wonderful store with fabulous products including a fantastic scented candle collection. They wrap for free and the owners are so nice! more

I love this store. The owner is so wonderful to me. Went in yesterday and needed a gift certificate and gifts. I love that they wrap for free. Have the best candle selection in town! My favorite is Votivo, and Nest Bamboo....yum!, also found out Marcia Cross from Housewives fame endorsed this store awhile back in In Style. She has great taste! more

I needed a scented candle and this store Home 101 has the selection - Nest, and more, and the list keeps going. Took my Nest Grapefruit Candle home and the scent is amazing. The store clerk gave me a great suggestion to cut the wick a 1/4"" each time you light it, and it will save about 8 hours on your candle. They were so nice and very helpful. Need a candle go to Home 101 or shop online at home101store, where they have a free candle offer for Nest. more

I shop at this boutique on a regular basis when in town, but when I am away at my second home and need my goodies I always order online with them to..home101store website., they have wonderful online service easy to use website and they pack so well. Always get extra goodies too. They carry my faves, Kai.. more

Service is great, had my products (Malin and Goetz) in stock, and gave me lots of samples. Very nice store, and the guy who owns it is very sweet. more

Finally a store that has my products. This store is filled with the best skin care, and they have the rare and hard to find Kate Somerville Line Release Eye Cream also picked up some cute cards, and some diaper balm for my new little boy Jack, and got samples, love the samples. more

A friend told me about this store. Went in to get a present for someone they wrapped it up so pretty even for such a small purchase. The fantastic service and wrapping put a smile on my face :). more

I happened by this lovely little boutique the other day and was so surprised by the wonderful products they carry all in one store!...The man in the store was so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me put a wonderful gift together for my best friend, who was so pleased with it! more

A lovely store, beautiful displays, but no one to help you out. I enjoyed walking in and browsing, assuming someone would help me... I even gathered a few items, but after 8 or 9 minutes, still no one in the store. Suddenly a scruffy man came in with a big feather duster and apron asking if he could help me. I asked him if he had a line of imported soaps I have been looking for. He promptly turned up his nose and said they don't carry ""cheap"" products. I won't be back. more

Needed some gifts this holiday weekend and came across Home 101 Apothecary located in downtown Palm Springs, Ca. The staff was extremely helpful, and made me feel right at home (no pun intended here). Wrapped all of my hostess gifts at no charge. The staff was fun to talk too, and the selection of apothecary goods were as if i walked into a new york boutique. They had some of my favorite products including Thymes Goldleaf. I definitely recommend Home 101 Apothecary, and have so to all of my friends. more

I was recommend by a friend to go to Home 101 in Palm Springs for skin care. They have the best and very knowledgeable....Was she right!\r \r I have this acne issue, and the gentleman was thorough with his discussion, and recommended me Kate Somervilles Detox Daily Face Wash and Anti Bac Lotion with Oil Free Moisturizer. Its a bit expensive, but was it worth it!....I now have blemish free skin for the first time in 3 years. They also gave me a free gift which I will have to go back for Karuna Face Mask for Blemished Skin. Amazing! This store is awesome!!!! more

A friend told me about Home 101, and that they have been here 11 years. Being a part time resident, I am a little ashamed of myself for not finding this little jewel earlier. My friend told me they had my two favorite perfumes Kai and Perfect Veil. Went in and I was so surprised of how beautiful this little boutique was and how many lines they carry like Diptyque, Molton Brown and my favorite skin care line Kate Somerville. It is like a one stop shop. I purchased my perfume oils, some kate (gentle daily wash my favorite!) and also bought a gift a nice candle, the candle selection here is crazy, so much to choose, and the service was so professional, the salesperson, gift wrapped for free and gave me a beautiful little sample kit with all of their samples in a nice little gift bag. Will definitely be back! more

I was buying gifts for friends last month on my semi-annual shopping trip to Palm Springs. I am an interior designer for a hotel chain and was charmed by the hand made creams and lotions in this boutique shop. I was speaking with the salesman and he kept giving me a strange look. When I asked him what was wrong, he told me I didn't look like anyone particularly important. Since it was 108 degrees and I was in shorts and tee shirt, I suppose I didn't, so I simply went down the street to another shop who were very gracious and kind and bought 2 bags full of gifts from them instead! Oh well. more
