I own a Taylor Morrison home. I have had serious drainage issues for four years. Two years ago the solution was to install a pump in my backyard. It worked if the electricity did not go off. Then as the corona pandemic began the pump stopped working. On a Saturday night at 10:30 pm I am begging for help because my home was about to flood. This is when we are under quarantine. Well yesterday they thought they had a solution. However the incompentant crew failed to get a digging permit, resulting in them cutting the fiber optic line to my home, not once but twice. I have been without phone, internet, or TV for 26 hours and all I got was a smirk and “sorry”. Horrible service. Ann more

Poor professionalism 1/31/2015

The HHOS GMC Yukon driver, license plate 8309, ABRUPTLY SLAMMED ON HIS BRAKES IN FRONT OF ME AS I MADE A LEFT TURN, TAILGATED ME SO CLOSELY THAT I COULD NOT SEE HIS HEADLIGHTS, AND FOLLOWED ME TO MY DRIVEWAY AND THEN ALMOST CUT OFF MY BACK END OF MY CAR AS I TURNED INTO MY DRIVEWAY. Now, I DO NOT think you want this kind of bad rep for your business. I am guessing this was the owner. This type of behavior concerns me coming from a "professional." more

Find Someone Else 7/25/2011

Used HHOS spring 2011. Did a really bad job and at least his crew did not know very much. Hacked up our palm trees - looked like a 10 year old cleaned them up - just a mess. Used the cheapest and poorest quality mulch that I have ever seen. I actually have never seen mulch with basically died garbage included. Also had HHOS take out some dead palms. Asked that they dig them out a few inches so another plant could be added in their places - they only cut to just above current mulch level and didn't see anything wrong with it. In the end - felt that this company was only after the almighty dollar but not to do even a mediocre job - but as little as humanly possible to get paid. more
