I own a Taylor Morrison home. I have had serious drainage issues for four years. Two years ago the solution was to install a pump in my backyard. It worked if the electricity did not go off. Then as the corona pandemic began the pump stopped working. On a Saturday night at 10:30 pm I am begging for help because my home was about to flood. This is when we are under quarantine. Well yesterday they thought they had a solution. However the incompentant crew failed to get a digging permit, resulting in them cutting the fiber optic line to my home, not once but twice. I have been without phone, internet, or TV for 26 hours and all I got was a smirk and “sorry”. Horrible service.
