Finding the ""right"" vehicle for my family wasn't the easiest task! It was such a headache searching high and low! Finally I reached out to family and friends and was recommend to drivers mart! I was told to see ed danzy and let me just say finding the right vehicle was easy with his guidence! He was able to answer all my questions and he had genuine concern for my concerns! Buying a used car I thought would be a negative experience, like it has in the past. I thought this was going to be a good experience and review. Got in very early, was attended to immediately, and the salesman showed me a nice car. I highly recommend you finance with your own bank or a reputable institution, they wanted to tack on almost 3k in a warranty to finance with their bank. Then the salesman hands me a sheet of paper with $300 written on it very large and says I get a maintenance/service credit. What he conveniently fails to mention is they will tack on the $300 to the sales price of the car. When I demand the $300 be returned, they feed me a line ""we have to do the entire financing portion over because the $300 has to be worked in. Really? Here is how you work it in, you write the proper sales price in and you subtract $300 from my $1,000 cash deposit and EVERYTHING else should remain the same. When all is said and done financing manager, or whoever she is, tells me the paper work was all messed up and when they receive the money from my bank they will write me a check for my $300. RIDICULOUS. I wonder how many other people's paperwork get's ""all messed up""? They must rack up a ton of money on people who don't review their documents and do the math themselves. FYI make sure you check any used vehicle you buy from anywhere. Brought this car to a mechanic same day I picked it up. I would never send a soul I know to buy there but hey if your options are limited just play close attention to every number. Don't hesitate to return or speak up because you will get ripped off. more

warning buyer be wear: please read this carefully and if it Mach's your case please post it, this people should go jail because of this type of scam hear is how they do it they advertises a car in very reasonable price and when you call you talk to call center and the reason is by doing that when you go to the location they tell you this car is just sold so they can sale you some other junk cars, they are very dis onset i will never recommend this car lot as a matter of fact stay away as far as you can i have vested my 6 hours of time 300 mills two people after they said car is available and com on down and get it, to experience what i tell you if you have similar cases let put the end to this nonsense and close this Crookes down.i am also righting to some other department and ask for justice to be down. more

This is the first time I have been made to feel comportable in a car dealership. My sales lady Jeanne Miller made me feel like we were having a visit rather then I was being forced to buy a car. How blessed can I be!! My previous car gave me some mechanical issues in the same area Holler Honda is located. There are other dealerships near Holler as well. I followed my mind and went into Holler Honda instead. That's where I met John Citrone. He was very caring and attentive to my needs of what I was looking for. He help me find a really nice car. The best thing about it is that I got the car the same day. It only took a few hours. The staff there gets an ""A"" from me for outstanding customer service! I went to two other dealerships before Holler and was specific about getting on car quickly and not playing any games..I told them I was buying a car by a certain date and they still decided to BS around. When I went to Holler they not only got me approved and the car i wanted but did it within a few hours. Even though he is RED SOX fan he is a good guy and got my deal done quickly and with the car I wanted! Ask for John Citrone if you want to get great service and treated with respect! Which is hard to come by when buying a car. Also with most cars you get and extended warrenty and 3 years worth of service and oild changes 3 YEARS..how can you beat that! more

John Citrone is the man to see at Holler Driver's Mart. I had the privilege this past week of walking into Holler Driver's Mart and driving away in a new (to me) car! I found the car online for $16000. Although this was my first purchase as a car buyer, I had tagged along with my mom a couple times to look at cars she had found online (AutoTrader, Cars(dot)com) and they were NEVER EVER the same price once we got to the lot. I expected to have to do some bargaining, but lo and behold, the price on the window was exactly the price I paid for the car-- tax, tag, title included. I got a great deal for my 10-year old trade-- about $800 more than I was expecting. Every single person I worked with at Holler Driver's Mart were an incredible help and I felt comfortable asking questions of all sorts (remember, this was my first ever car purchase). The staff at Holler made me feel like the really cared about me. John is a good person-- not just a good car salesman. He even dug through the trash to look for the iPod I thought I had left in my old car. As long as I'm in Orlando, John will be my go-to guy.
