Holler Driver's Mart

I was activley looking for a 2006 Pontiac GTO...after much let down and confusion from the ""salesy"" car dealers, I came in contact with John CIntrone at Holler Driver's Mart. He had the perfect GTO for me!! They worked with me all the way through to me driving my new GTO off the lot! I still have my car and LOVE it!! I needed help with the extended warranty after I purchased it. Most car lots are DONE with you after your purchase. John went above and beyond for me. To make a long story short... I'm not much into buying vehicles. As a matter of fact I just don't like to do it. I usually let my husband test drive, do all the talking, and then we both make the decision. I was so impressed with Holler Driver's Mart that I no longer feel that way. They made us feel at home, they even have a pretty decent kids area (very important to a parent). Our salesman was John Citrone. He was very easy going and listened more than he talked. He did, however, manage to hold a coversation with our three year old little girl, which is not easy! He kept her occupied while I test test drove the vehicle by just talking to her. Car shopping by itself is a task, but it's even worse with younger kids in tow. He didn't pressure us into anything and offered his advice in a very calm manner. I highly recommend this dealership and John Citrone. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was the first one we went to and after several disappointments, it ended up being our last. I am lovin my new ride!!!!! more

I used to send emails for Mel Feddon, Kim and Mike (in the past) and TOBY !!:) but looks like we have ONLY MEL FEDDON still there and taking CARE OF BUSINESS -it makes EASIER and GOOD. Holler Drivers Mart has the most unique group of individuals working fot them at this Winter Park location. Today I purchased my vehicle from Holler Drivers Mart and my sales consultant John Citrone, was just simply amazing. On 7/19/11 my car sales consultant was John Citrone. I needed to replace my aging car, and this was the man to do it. We found a vehicle at another one of the partner dealers across town (and I really wanted the car), and John actually drove me over there to bring the other car back to Holler. First, he found me a car with LOW mileage, GOOD price, and in mint condition - and all in record time. Throughout the whole purchase process, John checked on my car (which was being detailed and inspected), me (did I need anything), and above all else and feeling like I was the only person that mattered then and there, put gas in my tank so that not the first thing I had to worry about. Have a growing family... Time to get rid of the old work 4x4 work truck! Ugh This will be expensive... Have heard about the great services at Holler Dealerships years. Looked for a SUV on a trade in for weeks. Never felt comfortable until I finally walked into Holler Driver's Mart. John Citrone and the guys gave me my space and time to explain my needs/preferences, look around, and most of all ask questions! I walked in near closing time during a bad storm and still received full friendly service. Found the vehicle I wanted quickly; Had the keys to a clean well maintained 2003 Chevy Suburban in hand within about 4 hours. Rang the Bell on my way out to a cheering staff. From what I had seen on other lots I believe I saved $2,000 to 3,000 on a great vehicle. I even had a small financial snag during the process. Holler's staff didn't send me away. John Citrone helped to explain my alternatives while the management pulled some strings to help me out. I straightened out the problem while the really clean vehicle was detailed again. Thanks John Citrone for sharing your 40+ years of experience and not being a pushy walking $5,000 dollar suit! All of the paperwork that was issued/transferred during the sale was meticulously explained until I confirmed that I understood everything. I never felt that I was being talked down to or being pushed into signing anything. I have owned my previous vehicle for years and ran it hard. Good truck!!! The staff at Holler inspected my truck while I watched nervously. I expected to hear several reasons why my truck was not valued at blue book prices. I was shocked when the staff had me join them for the inspection and was offered a great trade in value!!!! Would I tell anyone to go straight to Holler? NO. Look around as much as you can to get a feeling for the market. Find what you would like to buy. Then got to Holler. You will have a better understanding and appreciate everything Holler has to offer. Talk to John Citrone who will ask what YOU want to buy after a friendly handshake. Last week I bought a shift cable for my 05 Malibu. John, the guy at the parts counter was very helpful in explaining how to install the cable. After I got home, it took me less than an hour to install it. Without John's help, I probably would have spend my whole day fighting the cable to get it installed. Thanks John! I've always bought my Chevy parts from Holler because of their weath of knowledge. Now I know that they are a NAPA parts store, I will be getting parts for all of my vehicles there. Normally, going to purchase a new or used car can be the same as going to the dentist - painful and expensive. Thankfully, it appears that Holler Driver's Mart wants to be different than the rest. The overall process of buying a car from Holler Driver's Mart was great and it was a pleasure to deal with John Citrone. He was informative, friendly, and professional. I tend to keep my cars for a long time and drive them into the ground. But, when it's time to get another car, I know exactly where we'll be going. more
