We Made The Right Calll 11/4/2015

We decided to purchase a generator and knew Holland Heating was who we wanted for our install. Several years ago we purchased a furnace and air conditioner unit from them, so we Knew first hand of their great customer service. Ryan and Trevor were very professional and personable during the install today. All our questions were answered before they left and everything was cleaned up inside and out. Great job and thank you! more

Billy came out yesterday to convert our furnace to natural gas, tie our generator into the gas line and install a new water heater. He handled what turned out to be not a 'business as usual' job with excellence and professionalism. Drilling the entry holes for the gas line took much longer than anticipated due to the age of our old farm house (i,e. 'barn beams' and field stone foundation, etc), and he had to come back today to finish up. But after drilling all day yesterday, he stayed late to get the new water heater working before he left, which was greatly appreciated. Also, our electricity for the water heater venting wasn't up to code, so he took care of that. He explained things, answered questions, cleaned up afterward, and didn't mind our German shepherd hanging around. All in all did a great job. Thanks! more

Brett Butler came out and gave me a quote for a new Trane furnace. He was very friendly and honest. Technician Ryan came out and installed my furnace, air cleaner, and thermostat and did a great job. Overall great experience! more

Yesterday, Damon and Nevin stopped by to install my new furnace. I was very impressed by their friendliness, their professionalism and their attention to detail. The job was completed in 4 short hours. Damon and Nevin answered all of my questions pertaining to the installation process and the operation of my new furnace. Nevin also showed me how to operate my new thermostat. And, they cleaned up after themselves! Thanks, guys! more

Excellent Customer Care 10/29/2015

I had a routine furnace tune up scheduled for my 22 year old furnace. John Jesko, the technician, phoned to let me know that he was on the way and would arrive shortly. When he arrived, the first thing John did was to examine my furnace with a scope before performing the tune up. John explained that he customarily does this with all older furnaces. He found a large crack in my heat exchanger. I'm grateful that John took the initial time to use the scope, as it most definitely helped to avoid a potentially dangerous situation for me and my family. Thanks, John! more

Polite and Professional 10/14/2015

Damon and Trevor came out yesterday and installed a new air conditioner and furnce. They were hard at work all day and part of the evening. They were very professional and knowledgeable as they installed both. They were very polite and made sure to answer all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better crew and company. We highly reccommend not only Holland Heating but also Damon and Trevor! more

Fantastic experience 10/2/2015

Todd and Brad were at the house today and installed a new boiler furnace and it a tremendous job but both of them did the install and clean up with a great attitude and smile. Very friendly and willing to answer all our questions and even give direction on the new thermostats. Highly recommend Todd and Brad, great team! more

ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER 10/1/2015

Chris, along with his helper Rob, cleaned my furnace and after examining it found cracks in the heat exchanger. I realized my life could have been at stake with potential carbon monoxide poisoning. They were very courteous and thoroughly and explained my options. After deciding to purchase a new one, the installers, Andy and Brad, went above and beyond the call of duty in installing my furnace. They found a big birds nest in my dryer line and cleaned it out. I was so grateful and am now enjoying my new furnace. Thanks guys for a wonderful job! more

Furnace inspection/service 9/27/2015

The entire experience with Holland was excellent. Within a few days of calling for an annual inspection/ service of the furnace of our home in Davison the technician, Jim Wardrop, arrived at the scheduled time and performed a very professional job. I was so impressed with the job he did that before he had pulled his service truck out if the driveway I was on the telephone scheduling another inspection/cleaning of a condo which he performed three days later. Again, another outstanding job by Jim Wardrop. Every time we deal with Holland it is a pleasure. more

Holland Heating Technicians 9/26/2015

My husband and I had a new air conditioning and new furnace installed on 9/24/2015 by Todd and John. They did an amazing job. Everything in basement and outside was very neat and clean when they were done. They explained everything as they went . They are definitely five star and more. more
