I had a routine furnace tune up scheduled for my 22 year old furnace. John Jesko, the technician, phoned to let me know that he was on the way and would arrive shortly. When he arrived, the first thing John did was to examine my furnace with a scope before performing the tune up. John explained that he customarily does this with all older furnaces. He found a large crack in my heat exchanger. I'm grateful that John took the initial time to use the scope, as it most definitely helped to avoid a potentially dangerous situation for me and my family. Thanks, John!
