My furnace was old and I knew I needed a new one so I had David and Tj come out from Holland Heating. They gave me a great price and had it installed the very next day. The installers Todd and Damon came out and did a great Job more

I was without a heating system for a while. Randy and Bill from Holland Heating and Cooling took care of my problem. They spend an entire day making sure that everything is done correctly. I have an old system that times and some outside the box thinking to have new Heating system put in. They did the job and when in the process of installing proper system for the heating they spend an extra hour just to ensure that there is no lose end and that by the end of the day, I will have heat again. We recently purchased a new home only to find the boiler was not working. We had three other companies out to inspect and quotes and then decided to try and ride it out. On a day the temps hit "minus" we were stopped in Home Depot while getting kerosene for the one heater and were offered their free estimate. Usually we just keep walking. Boy are we ever glad we stopped. My exact response was "your not going to send some idiot out are you, because we've had enough of the them the last two months". Holland even offered us financing through them as Home Depot would not so we could have heat! From the customer service rep Bob, down the line to Todd, Cliff, and Damon the service was excellent! Even after I kept telling them do not worry about the floors we are gutting them, they laid tarps and handled making sure nothing was banged on walls or our home (even tho I told them we are repainting! Don't worry about it!). Professional service all across the board. They stayed until completed that night as temps dropping to minus again so we wouldn't have to try and run electric heaters again to supplement and still be cold! Answered our many many questions (as we never had a boiler before) with patience and explained everything! I cannot thank you enough Holland Heating and Cooling for the service we have received! We will now be keeping our homes service needs with your business as your guys not only did a job well done but were very friendly that we actually enjoyed having them in our home. Thankyou!! Dawn M. They asked to use the back door, they put down drop cloths to keep the floor clean... They were prompt, tidy and polite. Jason, Ryan, and Andy did an excellent job. Jason was so informative and talked with my husband and I about everything as it happened. My husband was very impressed with his knowledge and his commit to the products he services. Jason and Ryan took out the old furnace and installed the new one in one day. Great work from start to finish by Holland Heating. Neil Castle spent a great deal of time explaining what I needed and how the work would be done. On 8-28-2013, Frank and John did a lot of work taking out my old system and replacing it with a new Goodman (USA) furnace and air filter system. The work was done in one day, looks great and best of all everything works great. I am happy these two guys worked so well even though the weather and humidity had me moving slower than I like to admit. Two thumbs up for Frank and John........ I recently had Holland Heating install an air conditioning unit. The entire experience was excellent, from the first phone call to schedule the service to the actual installation. Cliff and Cramer were the technicians to did the installation. They were efficient, friendly, courteous about my floors and were more than tolerant of my dogs. Additionally, since my house has some layout issues, they had to do several extra services and did so without complaint or extra charges. I will definitely recommend Holland as well as Cliff and Cramer and will use there services again if I have any future heating and cooling issues. more

Just had Cliff and Aaron install a new furnace in a ductless house. These guys were fantastic they worked their butt off and I was very comfortable with them in and around the house. They were fast clean and friendly and I went from a recently purchased vandalized foreclosure with no heat, to a great new furnace and ducts in 2 days. I'll never use anyone else. more

Good: Quick response for quote. Offered many options for payment. Efficient removal of old boiler. Installation was professionally completed. The new boiler actually looks good. And the system actually works!!!. Bad: Removal was very dirty. Left a substantial coat of dust throughout entire basement. Probably couldn't be helped. Soldering of copper pipe joints set off smoke alarms. All doors need to be removed to minimize damage.. Improvements: Installers should warn customers that smoke alarms should be disarmed and that we should expect very dirty conditions on removal.. Other: Special thanks to Scott & Vince for friendly & efficient removal of old boiler. Todd & Joe did a great job of installing new boiler. As always, Matt did a great job of wrapping up the loose ends of the install. And thanks for Aaron's attention to detail on the cleanup, final touches on the boiler and for making all repairs to my satisfaction.. more

Good: Technician Matt, repaired my defective boiler part by methodically cleaning the areas that had plugged up with sludge(saving me big bucks by avoiding replacement). He also noticed a gas smell coming from my hot water heater and tightened up the loose fitting(not part of the service call); and he noticed a low battery issue on my thermostat, which I had overlooked.. Other: repair made 9-28-11. more
