Review content:
I had an appt for as estimate with 'hoffmans glass'. When the time for the appt came and went I called to ask where they were. The girl told me "Oh, I don't think so", but promised to follow up and that I should call right back. Then they proceeded to ignore my calls. I took the evening off of work to be available for the appt., so I'm not at all pleased with the customer services. I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB. Not at all recommended.
