Review content:
We had our AC go out and had another company come out, he said the compressor was frozen and he couldn't get it started after a few attempts so he recommended replacing the unit due to its age. We then called a few companies to give us quotes including Hixon. Hixon came out and not only got it started, but walked us through some things to improve our airflow and how to clean the vents on the outside units. Our only issue was that the person came about 2 hours later than the time window we were told. All in all though, we will definitely recommend them in the future!
