When I called Hirlinger I was a little skeptical because you know how car sales normally go......they are stressful and not fun at all. My friend and I drove 2 hours to go ""look"" at a car that I had been eyeing for a few days. Jim was straightforward, funny, and pleasant. Not once did I feel pressured to drive away that night w/that vehicle....but I ended up doing so! I liked the car and they were perfect on the price! We worked out a good deal for my trade-in/payoff and that was that!!! This dealership is the best in the business! Gary, our sales person, was not pushy at all. He was educated on the product and was happy to answer all of our questions. We found Hirlinger online and called and spoke with Gary. Based on the phone call alone I was ready to buy from this dealership. After actually going there in person I was even more impressed. We just purchased a new car from them and they were great, very friendly, no high pressure situation. They did not make me feel like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. I was talking with Lawrenceburg and Tom Tepe Chevy when price shopping and Hirlinger gave me the best price. I got up and walked out of Lawrenceburg because they were so rude!
