When I called Hirlinger I was a little skeptical because you know how car sales normally go......they are stressful and not fun at all. My friend and I drove 2 hours to go ""look"" at a car that I had been eyeing for a few days. Jim was straightforward, funny, and pleasant. Not once did I feel pressured to drive away that night w/that vehicle....but I ended up doing so! I liked the car and they were perfect on the price! We worked out a good deal for my trade-in/payoff and that was that!!! I am so happy w/my experience there that I will definitely look there 1st for my next car purchase. \r
