Worst

Your dental work is excellent, but I do not understand a charge of $149 for 15 minutes or so of work since you already received close to $400 for work on this tooth before.

When I arrived to the office my wife and I were greeted with a warm welcome and were shown a immense amount of commodities including a beautiful salt water fish tank to enjoy while you wait. Comfortable seating and very shot wait times. AAA+++++++++ staff and dentist made me feel very comfortable and everyone was friendly :) more

IT'S NOT JUST THE MOUTH I THINK OF . 5/12/2011

OVER THE LAST 30+ YEARS I HAVE BEEN DUCKING THE DENTIST LIKE A PLAGUER. NOT BECAUSE I AM AFRAID OF THE PAIN I MAY GO THROUGHN BUT BECAUSE OF THE PAIN I KNOW I WILL GO THROUGH FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL NIGHTS.I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I HAVE FINDLEY FOUND A DENTIST WHO SAYS PAIN FREE TO TRULEY MEAN IT AT LEAST TRY SOMETHINGS TO HELP ELEVEATE THE PAIN NOT IN MY MOUTH BUT IN MY BACK, BUTTOX, AND SCIATIC NERVE REGIONS OF BOTH LEGS.I HAVE LIVED IN CHRONIC PAIN FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND CAN'T SIT STAND OR LAY FOR ANYMORE THAN 20 MIN. AT A TIME WITHOUT POSITIONAL CHANGES OF SOME SORT. I THINK SHERRIE BROKE A LAND SPEED RECORD GETTING A FULL SET OF X-RAY'S AND A TOOTH POCKET CHECK IN LESS TIME THAT IT HAS EVER BEEN TIMED BUT SHE DID IT CORRECTLY AND SAFLEY FOR ME HER ANYONE IN THE GENERAL AREA NEXT WEEK A CLEANING ONLY GOD CAN TELL.IN THE MEAN TIME THANK YOU. = more

Outstanding!! 5/11/2011

Karen was very thorough. She not only performed a cleaning, she performed a cancer screening. My 10 yr old daughter and I left feeling very good about our visit. Karen has a very kind spirit and touch. She put us at ease from the start!! more

MAy 3 appointment 5/4/2011

I like Karen as a hygenist. She is a very nice, engagimg person and does a very thorough job. However, but this is the 2nd time in a row where Karen was running a bit late I have had to wait close to 1/2 hr past my schedud appointmet time. I have 2 issues with this; 1. Couldn't someone from the office call me to let me know she is runing a bit behind? 2.) My daughter Erin was 10 minutes late to her last appointment. We received a phone call from someone at the office asking where she was and she felt her hygenist was obviously annoyed with her. She told me her hygenist barely said two words to her the entire time she was cleaning Erin's teeth. It appears there is a double standard. more

First Appointment 4/30/2011

I did some searching online and found Hires Dental Care . At first, I picked their office because it was close to home , and I am so happy I did . I walked into the office and signed in and was welcomed immediatly by the very friendly office staff. I was given a " welcome" gift , and a tour of the whole office. I have another appointment this week , and I am confident that I picked the right dentist to go to . I will be suggesting HIRES Dental Care to all my friends and family . Thank you !! more

Dental Cleaning on 4/27/11 4/28/2011

Was quite pleased with the efficiency of the hygentist who did my cleaning yesterday. She was "gentle" and suggested the flouride treatment ("bubble gum" flavor). I will be returning in six months and hope that she will be there. Excellent service, as always. I also want to thank Hires Dental Care for offering our military personnel FREE cleanings and/or a filling on May 20th. I know our servicemen/women appreciate this act of kindness... Thanks again. more
