Worst

Your dental work is excellent, but I do not understand a charge of $149 for 15 minutes or so of work since you already received close to $400 for work on this tooth before.

I've been coming to Hires Dental Care for 30 years, and I can tell you from experience and from the referals I've given over the years, this is the best Dental Practice in Town. When I send a friend and they report back, its always thank you for the amazing referal I didn't realize how different Dental care could be. more

I had a great experience at Hires. My dental hygienist, Sheri, came in early to accommodate my schedule. I really like her a lot. She is always very thorough and knowledgeable. more

poor treatment 10/21/2011

was promised by office mgr a phone call the next day never happened this is the 4th time. Was treated very very rudely in front of other patients by same office mgr. Also see if this makes sense went to cleaning appt. paid for by ins. was tried to be sold self pay items told them no bill was already to high then on the way out was told i could not be seen for a cavity because bill was too high. There was a payment plan agreed upon by former office staff and i admit i missed a couple mos. but i always tried to make those up by paying more the next mo. i dont think i have to say times are tough but i was making an effort as best we could. Now Dr Hires is great and he may not even be aware of this i dont know. Hopefully he sees these reviews. I wasnt going to write this but maybe now I will get a phone call. more

Appointment and more 10/21/2011

It is always a pleasure to visit - everyone is friendly and welcoming and the ambiance is pleasant. Karen has been my hygenist for years and I could not be happier with her. Dr Hires is a Master. Kind, patient and painless. My inlaws (and their inlaws) have become patients, and my grandchildren. Not one child is afraid to come to the dentist's office which is a huge accomplishment. It is comforting to know if there is a problem, you'll work us in rather than make us suffer - and you've proven that on more than one occasion. Your website is amazing and your outreach admirable. THANKS THANKS THANKS. more

IMPRESSIVE 10/14/2011

My past experiences with Dental care have not been good ones and therefore It is my least favorite (have to do things) necessary for good health. I was referred to Hires Dental by my sister, who was amazed with the professional expertise and most caring staff. I find the same thing after my experiences with Dr Hires and Dr Czerniak as well as all of the other staff. Thank You for making my dental care the best most stress free I've ever had.. more

Experience at Hires Dental Studio 10/14/2011

As always as wierd as this sounds it is a pleasure to go to the dentist. The office staff is extremly nice and friendly,the office itself is State of The Art. I have been a patient for 26 years and would never think of changing,on the contrary I also tell my friends this is where they need to go for dental care. more

I want to say that Hires has the best dentist and his assistants. After being there with my son i will never go anywhere else. This dentist is so friendly and funny and he made my son feel comfortable and always asked how he was doing while the work got done. I could not say enough good tghings as they really realy do care about their patients. more

First work complete! 10/5/2011

Went for my first dental work in quite awhile, I was TERRIFIED! Dr. Hires assistant was very friendly and reassuring. Dr. Hires spent time closely listening to what problems in my mouth were bothering me. He made the time to repair five teeth and removed another to start a later procedure. I never felt any pain. Don't know why I lived with discomfort for so long.Feels Great!!!Thank-you Hires. more

Seamless and Relaxing 9/25/2011

I had the ZOOM teeth whitening service preformed last week and all I can say was the Hires Staff made it a breeze, albeit lengthy. No discomfort and the great senses of humor from the staff made it seem like it was only a couple of minutes!! Highly Recommended. more

I needed work done other than scheduled work. The staff worded in the other procedures to eliminate return trips. I apprecicate the extra efforts to make this happen. more
