was promised by office mgr a phone call the next day never happened this is the 4th time. Was treated very very rudely in front of other patients by same office mgr. Also see if this makes sense went to cleaning appt. paid for by ins. was tried to be sold self pay items told them no bill was already to high then on the way out was told i could not be seen for a cavity because bill was too high. There was a payment plan agreed upon by former office staff and i admit i missed a couple mos. but i always tried to make those up by paying more the next mo. i dont think i have to say times are tough but i was making an effort as best we could. Now Dr Hires is great and he may not even be aware of this i dont know. Hopefully he sees these reviews. I wasnt going to write this but maybe now I will get a phone call.
