I thought the transmission was out because it wouldn't go into overdrive.. but after taking the car in, they knew exactly what the problem was. How crazy that the Knock sensors would not let your car go into that last gear.. Thanks Toyota/Lexus. To top all that, normally this would have cost almost $1000 to fix but because they are such honest people at Hines, They were able to find more cost effective parts and pass that discount on to me. Excellent Job!!!! I never expected anything less more

In the past I always dealt with dealerships which meant I'd take the car in, they would tell me the problem and then order the part which meant a second trip back to have it repaired. With Hines they fix it the same day and never try to sell me parts that I don't need. One time they charged me $13 for the repair...that is unheard of with any repair shop. Would recommend them in a heartbeat! more

My wife took her car into your shop with a wiper blade problem (when used they kept hanging up on one another). They diagnosed the problem as a simple wiper blade size mistake. This could have been a more costly repair someplace else and could have told her it would require a new wiper arm and re-alignment of the arms. She and I appreciate the courteous service and honesty we get when we bring our vehicles in to you. more

I have used Hines for over 10 years. They have always provided good, reliable service at a fair price. What I truly appreciate about Hines, is their attitude. I have never felt like they are trying to sell me something I don't need, or make a little extra money telling me such-and-such needs replacing. They give me an honest assessment and fix what's broken. As long as they continue with that approach to business, I'll use them for the next 10 years! more

We have used Pete for many years!!!!! I would trust him with my kids lives:) He is honest, has an incredible staff, always eager to help. Wouldnt think of useing anyone else. Very knowlegable about any type of car out there. Hes the best & his staff has been with him for years!!!!! Cant say enough good things! If you are considering useing Hines service center, you will not be disappointed!!!! more

Once again, I have been 110% satisfied with the service at HINES.. I was told it would be 20 mins till I could be seen and another hour to fix. 45 mins later I was on my way.. David did a great job changing out the rear brakes on my JEEP.. He took the time to answer the questions and concerns that I did have.. Thank you to David and thank you for another outstanding visit.. more

I was first a customer here before the current owners bought the shop. I've brought my car in about 4 times in the past 2 years and I've always been very satisfied. They provide fast, personal service and are very honest people to do business with. I would highly recommend them! more

Wife's car, dead battery at Laurel Park after the parade. Tried jumping, didn't work. Next morning, contacted Pete, made arrangements to have it towed, requested that the car be ready by 2:00 PM. Next contact was a call @ 1:45 PM advising that the car was ready. Happy wife, happy me. more

Staff is friendly. Car technicians are honest and perform good work in a timely manner. I've used this service station for 30+ years. The new owner seems to be carrying on the tradition of reliable service. Plus they have done some new things that are appealing, such as a sitting area outside for customers and the website. more

I took my car in for a fuel smell, Hines was professional in the process of the repair and I was back on the road and no more fuel smell. I take all my car needs to Hines, they also provided me a ride to work and back for free. more
