I like that they took my opinions into consideration when my cat was really sick. Some of the shots were just precautions and instead of insisting that he needed them they let me decide. I could tell that they had both mine and my cats best interest in mind more

I never feel rushed or that I am an inconvenience and the fact that they allow me to drop my dog off for his appointments and then pick him up later really helps with the ease of scheduling more

I was freaking out about my dog because 2/14/2012

I was freaking out about my dog because he was very sick. The staff here took care of my dog and me. thankfully my dog is now in great health again and I am very pleased with the service and care we received more

This is a good vet hospital. My puppy loves his visits to the vet now. He doesn't even mind the shots. They are gentle, organized and knowledgeable. They don't hurry you out the door at the end of your visit and they take a genuine interest in you and your pet's well being. more

Hilton Head Vet is a great place to 1/23/2012

Hilton Head Vet is a great place to have your pets tended to and cared for. Dr. Dickson is very gentle and caring and the staff is always outgoing and friendly. They give you the information you need straight and up front. more

Hilton Head Vet took very good care of 1/13/2012

Hilton Head Vet took very good care of my precious little kitty!!! They gave her, her shots and some medication to take care of her fleas!!! They gave her back to me in picture perfect health!!! She purrs so loud LOL!!!! more

Good advice 11/15/2011

My fears were put to rest immediately when I visited Hilton Head Vet. The staff up front were courteous and professional. I arrived half an hour early and waited less than 5 minutes before being sent to the exam room. The doc arrived promptly and spent a solid 1/2 hour reviewing my paperwork and answering questions. The doctor was very polite and knowledgeable and I genuinely felt he had my dog's best interest in mind, also offering good advice. more
