My family has been taking our pets (My Mother's 2 Dogs and a Kitty) to Hilton Head Vet for about 5 years now. Dr. Dixon is great! But all staff are very knowledgeable. Their prices and care are awesome! I live across town now but will be taking my dog and my new puppy to HHV after a not so great experience with another vet, who had overcharged me and we never saw the same vet twice. more

The staff at Hilton Head are just great. They really care about not only their job but their furry patients as well. I would definitely recommend them and am glad I found them. more

needed to have a place that I could 10/13/2011

needed to have a place that I could trust and feel comfortable leaving my new puppy. They took great care of him and he seemed so happy when I went to get him (before he saw me). He loves going to the vet now. Its so funny to see my little guy RUN into the office. :) more

Great clinic, super caring- a real 9/21/2011

Great clinic, super caring- a real find!! We are new to town and the whole staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They can also get you in quick. Everyone there is very personable, and they takes their time with the patients. (woof) She also follows up on her patients religiously. We are happy to find this great place on the first try! They are very clear about what the charges will be and there are NO surprises. The rates seem fair for Hilton Head. more

Wonderful 9/16/2011

I have been looking for a vet in Hilton head for months ever since I got my new baby cat Milas. So far all the other hospitals have been too busy and hectic and the staff seemed very distant and unfriendly. After a while I dreaded going to the vet! When I told my friend about what I was going through, she immediately told me about Dr. Dixon and his hospital. At first what she told me seemed too good to be true, A friendly doctor AND staff?! But she was right. Dr. D is without a doubt the best vet in Hilton Head. He cares so much for Milas and always plays with her and gives her treats when we are there. I am so happy Milas and I have found Dr. Dixon! I definitely recommend Hilton Head Vet to anyone who is tired of their current vet, or looking for a new one. more

We were really impressed with this place. Everything is very clean and the ambiance is relaxing. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. We left our dog there for a day and we could tell he had fun when we picked him up. more

Best of Care 7/20/2011

My Maltese was full of energy before but when she got sick all she did was just lay there and wouldn't eat. We brought her here and Dr Dixon took the best of care of her. He explained that she had an infection and all she needed were antibiotics. more

I took my dog here and she loved it! Zoey's ears turned out great. It only took about 7 weeks of taping them. Dr. Dixon did such a great job! more

Kind and caring 7/13/2011

My wonderful dog of 14 years was dying. I was in denial about the situation - grasping at straws. I was seeing Dr. Dixon to try acupuncture. I had never seen Dr. Dixon and he had never met my dog. We were not clients of their practice. He assessed the situation and was honest that my dog was very sick and was not going to get better. He was kind, thorough, and respectful while not sugarcoating the situation or having endless tests. He was so compassionate and supportive. more
