Friendly service 11/19/2013

My last visit did not go as smoothly as usual - the shuttle driver left without me (even after telling the customer service rep that I would be in the bathroom for a few minutes and to not leave without me). Then I never got a call to say my car was ready for pick up, so I spent hours more time waiting for the service to be completed than I needed to - I only found out it was done because I called the dealership myself to find out why it was taking so long. more

Amazing Personalized Service 11/10/2013

They went out of their way to fix my car within my crazy schedule. I live in SF and took my car there even though I had a closer Chrysler dealership. The reason? they go the extra mile. I had a loaner, and they even dropped off my car (when ready) all the way to SF! Not even Benz does that, I know, I have one of those too. Great place.... more

Perfect score from me 10/29/2013

I called, made an appointment for the next day. Spoke with Alex Farmakis, and he took care of the rest. My car had it's oil changed and the multi-point inspection completed in about an hour or so. I really liked the fact that they even washed it for me, it needed it, and made me feel that I made a good choice on taking it to this dealership for service. more
