I've lived in Wellington for just two years and didn't know about this gem until my parents came to visit from the West Coast. Hilary's has delicious food, a varied menu, generous portions, fair prices, and fast, friendly service. The ambiance is no-frills, just a solid restaurant that smells like mom's kitchen on steroids! The home fries are scrumptious, eggs are cooked to perfection no matter what kind you order, the hash is out of this world, the orange juice tastes like the sun was squeezed into your glass. Even the toast is great!\r My parents are planning another trip and they are looking forward to returning to Hilary's. more

Terrible Terrible Cutomer Service. Where is it that you call for an inquiry about something and they basically tell you "NO" and hang up on you? It was extremely rude and I would Never eat there again. The food is alright but the rudness its overpassed. more

I am a frequent patron to Hiliary's Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach and I have never had one bad experience. I have been dining at Hiliary's since I moved to Wellington in 2002, and the servers there know my name, my mothers, and my grandmothers. To Mr. Bob Kravitz, how dare you criticize a person who is only doing THEIR JOB to patrons of their establishment! The employees of this restaurant are attentive and friendly to each and every person who dines in their restaurant. Frankly I believe that someone like you is not missed in their business. The employees are hardworking and kind, people like you should not have the pleasure of being in the presence of people so kind hearted. You, Mr. Kravitz, complain over a .75 cent upcharge on a $475.00 bill? Perhaps it was fate because no good person in this world would condescend on a person for doing their job unless they were actually a chauvinist and in fact poor, or just a liar. I assume that you sir are just a liar because the Hiliary's menu is incredibly affordable and almost unbelievable based on the caliber of food and service they deliver. more

the owners stupid son has obviously no previous marketing experience. My friends and I are three to four time a week customers, spending $50 to 475.00 each and every week.\r On this occasion I asked if I could have some blue cheese dressing with my Fruit salad. Stupid informed me that there would be an additional .75 charge. Naturally I said forget it.\r \r Result, by not knowing our value after several years of being a customer, stupid has now lost not only us as customers, but anyone we have influence with, all because he is a stupid kid with no marketing sense.\r \r It should be noted, that we never ask for anything not normal in other restaurants.
