We just started seeing this dentist recently and our family is impressed already, clean office, professional and friendly staff and the most convenient hours. more

They did not try to ""sell"" me any unneccesary procedures and did a great job. Very modern office with a coffee and internet bar in the waiting room, tv's in each exam room and modern high tech equipment. My name is Melanie Shanks and I enjoyed my experience at Highland Oaks. The staff was friendly and worked with me even when they didn't understand my insurance. The dentist was honest and well informed. He gave me a second opinion on my fillings and it ended up being several times cheaper than what my previous dentist wanted to charge. I had my first vist at this office and it was very nice. All the people were very friendly and professional. Even offering me a warm neck pillow during my visit. They made sure I was comfortable and made sure I wasn't in any pain. They were quick to get the job done but not I never felt rushed. I wasn't pressured into buying a bunch of dental work and will coming back to that office twice a year for my cleaning! more

After several calls looking for a dentist for my mom, who had a toothache and not insurance, when I called Highland Oaks Family Dentistry I was impressed with a question they asked me ""Would this work for you??"" and then she explained what they will do at this first visit and she finished ""we'll see what we could do for her and how can we help"". These are questions and comments that should be commun between a provider and a potential client, specially a health provider, but not anymore. So we visit this office, and the impression was completed: nice front desk people, beautiful new place, hight technology, very professional personnel and bilingual (Spanish) that made things easier for my mom. So, If your are looking for an excellent dental service this is the place to go, you will find people who care. more

I am one to admit that I do not like going to the dentist. I have not been able to pin point what triggers my anxiety, until I visited this dentist. The staff was more than willing to listen to me throughout the exam to understand my concerns. They really wanted to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I went back to have a 'deep clean' done yesterday. I will admit that I was a little nervous and 15 minutes in to the procedure, we had to stop so I could 'regroup'. It felt good to know that there was no judgment from the staff and I was able to take all the time I needed before they got back to work. I have other procedures scheduled, being that I haven?t been to the dentist is awhile, there is a lot of work to be done. I can't say that I am over my fears of going to the dentist, but I can say that my overall experience at this dentist has made me feel comfortable enough to want to continue to come here. I am very pleased. more

I recieved a mailer one day and just had it sitting in my junk mail to go through. The very next day I broke a tooth and needed somewhere to go immidiately! I pulled out the card and called and they were able to get me in the same day!! Talk about service!!! The Dentist was very gentle and explained the entire procedure as we were going through it. (I think he might have known I was a little nervous.) Not only did they did they fix my problem tooth, I also got a teeth cleaning while there too! Great place to go and the customer service is awesome! more

For years I was afraid of going to the dentist because of a bad visit. I walked into Highland Oaks Family Dentist office scared and wanting to walk out. As soon as I walked in, the first hello, I was calm and relaxed. I have never met such a wonderful staff. Every member was so helpful. Would highly reccomend them to anyone! more

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years. The staff at Highland Oaks made my visit comfortable, we were even laughing and joking throughout the process. Something that I haven't experienced was before and after pictures at the dentist. To say the least, they did their job and then some. I have to go back for a couple services and for wisdom tooth removal. I know that I will be more than comfortable sitting in the dental chair at this practice. more

Came from Chicago and started with this practice after 3 years of not seeing a dentist. They were very friendly, did a good job on first visit, cleaned painlessly my teeth. Set up a treatment plan that was affordable. Dentist very thorough. Would recommend this practice to anyone. more

I am new to the area and needed a dentist in an ""emergency"" situation! They fit me right in, made me feel at home and were extremely professional to deal with! The office itself is modern, clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are beyond belief! They have tv's on the ceiling and wall to help keep your mind off the work that's going on! All the equipment is small and you hardly know you're at the dentist, but when you walk out the door, you know your smile is at its best!! Corina Conley more

I've always been uneasy when it comes to going to the dentist and i've had several really bad experiences. I had put off the dentist as long as possible so when I finally had to go to one I picked Highland Oaks and boy am I glad I did. The entire office went out of their way from the minute I stepped through the door to make me feel comfortable. The dentist is friendly and easy going and doesn't scold you like i've had done to me in the past. They are extremely professional and nice and I even brought my terified 15yo to them. They helped her every step of the way and now her and I both agree we are patients for life. more
