After several calls looking for a dentist for my mom, who had a toothache and not insurance, when I called Highland Oaks Family Dentistry I was impressed with a question they asked me ""Would this work for you??"" and then she explained what they will do at this first visit and she finished ""we'll see what we could do for her and how can we help"". These are questions and comments that should be commun between a provider and a potential client, specially a health provider, but not anymore. So we visit this office, and the impression was completed: nice front desk people, beautiful new place, hight technology, very professional personnel and bilingual (Spanish) that made things easier for my mom.
