Great Service and Maintenance Program 10/23/2016

I use Hickey Electric to do annual maintenance on my whole house generator. I have over $10,000 invested and want to make sure it performs as required and will last me a long time. John, the service technician found that my main electronic control board was malfunctioning and determined it was covered under warranty by the manufacturer. It would have cost me about $2,000.00! Instead it only cost me $340.00. That was the cost of labor and I needed a new battery for the generator.....As long as I own this generator, Hickey Electric will be performing my maintenance and repairs!! more

Hickey Electric, Heating & Air Inc. is a company that stands by their name and reputation. They’ve been my go to Heating and Air Company since 2011 and have never disappointed. They are truly subject matter experts. They are honest, fair and accommodating. They are courteous, respectful and neat as they always cover their shoes and clean up after the job is done. Hickey Electric, Heating & Air did a lot of work for me, actually. They've done work on my house and I have a small business that they work with for both locations. I also worked with them as a sub-contractor of mine for many years. I like that when I call, someone answers the phone and it's not just a recording. They get back to you right away and can schedule the job for the next day. more

Prompt & Honest - Very Good Service! 10/18/2016

Hickey Heating & Air responded promptly to my heat pump/AC issues. The Tech was polite and courteous, and explained all work performed. And even after a 2nd call, for what I thought was the same issue, Hickey repaired my unit at no charge. I'll definitely do business with Hickey Heating & Air again. Awesome. more

I am extremely impressed with the service I received on 8-4-2011 Your employees exhibited a true desire to get the job done, because I demanded a finish date. My date was padded by approximately 4 hours, so I, as the end customer, could sit back for 4 hours (Friday afternoon) to examine what I had contracted for, against what had been delivered. My hat is off to several of your employees: Stephan Ansel, James Dalton, Mike McCrackin, and Paul Bryant, who stayed until the contracted work was completed. Due to a glitch in sizing and placement of registers, James and Mike are scheduled, as I have been told by your scheduling department, to finish their portions of the job, tomorrow, Friday 8-5-2011. I am most pleased with the professionalism your employees have exhibited, and would choose Hickey Electric Heating and Air above all other competitors. Your employees are your best asset. You have other employees, dedicated to other business units within Hickey Electric Heating and Air, who I am sure represent your Companys Mission Statement. I could not be more satisfied. more

The fellow from Hickey Electric responded to several questions and issues we were having with the electrical wiring around the house. He made some very positive suggestions and handled everything very professionally. He also made sever suggestions that included a very economical program, so we signed up with them, and we've been very pleased. We felt like we got our money's worth, and we have put them on the top of the list of people we will call in the future. more

Dependable heating and air company. 7/11/2011

I've been using Hickey Electric for a little over two years now. I first found them through an ad in the paper, and hired them to install a new heating and air unit, and a heat pump. They did a great job with the installation. They showed up on time, and got the work done quickly and efficiently, which really helps. I was really pleased with the service. Since then, they have been out a few times for routine maintenance. About three weeks ago, the control panel on the air handler went bad, which they think was the result of a power surge. They honor their warranties, and replaced the part at no cost to me, other than labor. I've had no problems at all with Hickey in the time that I have been using them. They are dependable, and offer good service. I would recommend them to others, and will definitely use them again, myself. more
