I've been using Hickey Electric for a little over two years now. I first found them through an ad in the paper, and hired them to install a new heating and air unit, and a heat pump. They did a great job with the installation. They showed up on time, and got the work done quickly and efficiently, which really helps. I was really pleased with the service.
Since then, they have been out a few times for routine maintenance. About three weeks ago, the control panel on the air handler went bad, which they think was the result of a power surge. They honor their warranties, and replaced the part at no cost to me, other than labor.
I've had no problems at all with Hickey in the time that I have been using them. They are dependable, and offer good service. I would recommend them to others, and will definitely use them again, myself.
