I am extremely impressed with the service I received on 8-4-2011
Your employees exhibited a true desire to get the job done, because I demanded a finish date. My date was padded by approximately 4 hours, so I, as the end customer, could sit back for 4 hours
(Friday afternoon) to examine what I had contracted for, against what had been delivered.
My hat is off to several of your employees: Stephan Ansel, James Dalton, Mike McCrackin, and Paul Bryant, who stayed until the contracted work was completed. Due to a glitch in sizing and placement of registers, James and Mike are scheduled, as I have been told by your scheduling department, to finish their portions of the job, tomorrow, Friday 8-5-2011.
I am most pleased with the professionalism your employees have exhibited, and would choose Hickey Electric Heating and Air above all other competitors. Your employees are your best asset. You have other employees, dedicated to other business units within Hickey Electric Heating and Air, who I am sure represent your Companys Mission Statement.
I could not be more satisfied.
