Worst

I was honestly horribly disappointed with the service and treatment my party and I received here. From the hostess, to the waiter, to the Hibachi chef, everyone was downright rude...

great atmosphere and decor 7/21/2008

I have eaten at Hibashi a couple of times, and I absolutely love it. It is decorated really well and provides a fun, hip atmosphere. I have only eaten sushi here, but would like to eventually sit at one of the grills, too. I have had the spider roll, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura - all excellent. When I go there for lunch, I like to order the Double lunch special, which is two sushi rolls and soup for $12. A much better deal than ordering from the regular sushi menu. The servers are very nice and prompt. If you are in the Galleria area, I highly recommend Hibashi. Pros: great atmosphere, cute decor, good sushi, friendly servers more

Hibashi revolutionizes all sushi and hibashi grills in North America. With high quality foods and flavors hibashi rises up from all other restaurants. With a variety of superb sushi and outstanding hibachi you can't go wrong! Hibashi has an outstanding facultity. Great service is always a first and the joy of their costumers means absolutely everything. As for the chefs, hibashi hires only the best. All chefs have experience in culinary cooking. The interior of the restaurant is by far the most unique and modern of any restaurant I have ever come across. The fire show was also very fun and exciting. I strongly reccomend that all people go and give this high class Japanese restaurant a shot, I guarantee it will be worth your time! more

EXCELLENT RESTAURANT 7/20/2008

I highly recommend coming to eat at this delicious restaurant! Right when I first walked in, I was very impressed. The modern, unique design quickly caught my attention. The service was wonderful, and the food was AWESOME! I loved everything about the restaurant. I go there 3 times a week! The fire show was incredible; it was the best I have ever seen! The teppan grill show was very entertaining, and their special sauces tasted like food from heaven. I couldn't believe how fresh the sushi was! This restaurant definitely beats all the others, like Benihana and Blue Fish. I promise, you will be very impressed with Hibashi. You should definitely go check it out! You will never regret it! I recently went to L.A. where I ate at some of the best restaurants in the area, including several "trendy and popular" sushi restuarants. HIbashi's sushi was even better than the sushi places that were said to be the best the west coast could offer. I tried the pink pather roll (which is served on FIRE) as well as the Red Dragon, and several servings of various sashimi.All of the items came out quickly and were some of the freshest sushi I have had in a long time, even in L.A. The sushi was beautifully presented and all of the ingredients coallescesed perfectly together. I highly recommend this new jewel of Dallas! more
