Review content:
I recently went to L.A. where I ate at some of the best restaurants in the area, including several "trendy and popular" sushi restuarants. HIbashi's sushi was even better than the sushi places that were said to be the best the west coast could offer. I tried the pink pather roll (which is served on FIRE) as well as the Red Dragon, and several servings of various sashimi. All of the items came out quickly and were some of the freshest sushi I have had in a long time, even in L.A. The sushi was beautifully presented and all of the ingredients coallescesed perfectly together. I highly recommend this new jewel of Dallas!
