Never got to meet Dr. Ruiz I only got the pleasure of dealing with Dr Celia Hernandez who was unpleasant and unfriendly ! This was the worst dental experience i have ever encountered and had to ask to reschedule after waiting over an hour in the dental chair. When I asked to reschedule at a better time for them Dr Celia Hernandez came out with extreme attitude and was very rude to me .This is when Dr Celia Hernandez came out to tell me that I f I want to be seen fast maybe I should go somewhere else ( this was rude and uncalled for as she spoke over me like I meant nothing , horrible customer service !) . At Crown Dental the emergency patients come first and they don't mind making the appointment patients wait all day if you will let them . My last visit for a check up and cleaning at Crown dental took almost four hours , i waited in the dental chair for over an hour till i was seen , even fell asleep waiting !!! I will be taking Dr Celia Hernandez advise and finding a dentist that can take care of me in a reasonable time !! A dentist that has respect for their patients and their time !! more

The employees here are great! You get an amazing treatment here as soon as you walk into the office. The dentist and staff here are all kind and welcoming. They really know how to make a normally dreadful experience a pleasant one. more

No one likes going to the dentist, however Dr. Ruiz is a delight. The staff is wonderful and so was my overall treatment. I recommend this office to everyone. more

Always took great care of me. 9/12/2011

I always have a great experience here! I've been in for scheduled appointments and last-minute visits, and each time they handle my mouth with care. Everyone who works there, from the front desk, to the assistant and of course Dr. Ruiz are all very personable and kind. I've never had to wait to be seen, and I look forward to the work we have planned for my smile! more

LOVE THEM! 8/30/2011

I could not be happier with the results of my teeth whitening and veneers. I had kinda messed up teeth before, and now, no joke, my teeth look perfect!!!! It completely changed the way I look and I feel like a model. I feel so pretty, I can't even explain!!!! more

TOTALLY AMAZING!!!! 8/22/2011

I came here to get my teeth whitened and I am SO HAPPY I DID! I tried everything, white-strips, bleaching toothpaste, I even got to the post of swishing hydrogen peroxide around in my mouth. My teeth have a natural dinge which totally sucks. So my last option was a professional whitening. I was really worried it wasn't going to work and I was going to be wasting money. But the Crown Dental staff assured me they knew what they were doing. AND THEY DID! For the first time in my life I have dazzling white teeth! woop woop!!!!!! If you're thinking about it, go to them! they are freaking AMAZING!!!!! more

friendly, welcoming & painless... didn't feel a thing. 8/17/2011

I have been a patient in this office for just a couple of weeks. Last time I saw a dentist was 10 years ago because I was affraid of pain, of shots.. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank God I had no cavities but I had to see the hygienist for deep cleaning. It was very gentle and did not felt a thing. I have another appointment with her to finish the right side. I can tell you that I am more relax, more comfortable and ready to see crown dental again. more

Siempre le he tenido muchisimo miedo a los dentistas por varias experiencias malas en el pasado, por eso despues de a?os con la muela picada, porfin me decidi a ir a Crown Dental. The staff are amazing. Especially the dentist, Hugo Ruiz, who does incredible work, is very patient, and the prices are really unbeatable. Everything is very clean and the modern decor and furnishing have a warm relaxing feel. more
