I was one of those people that feared the dentist, until I went to Crown Dental. The office staff is all very friendly, polite, and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and easy going. I have recommended many friends and family to Crown Dental and all have agreed. Crown Dental has become my family's dental office and they are all very happy. I highly recommend Crown Dental if you're looking for a good dental office!! more

Patient Doctors! 7/11/2011

I have always had positive experiences when I come here. The staff are very friendly and the doctor is always very patient with me. My teeth feel better and look better than they have ever looked. The teeth whitening procedures are really making me feel better about my smile. I highly recommend this procedure. more

Best service that I have ever gotten. The entire staff is very friendly. When I was seen by the doctor he was very professional and attentive. He really cares and made me feel like if I was his only patient. All of my many questions were answered in great detail. I definitely recommend. more

dad waited 2 hours for nothing (Este Dentista No Sierve) 1/23/2010

Just to tell us they do not take our insurance. Then they send my elderly dad a letter with the following statement: ""Due to your obvious mistrust of my practice and myself I have concluded that it is in our mutual best interests to terminate our doctor/patient relationship. Effective immediately I can see you on an emergency basis only for the next 30days. I can no longer treat you as a patient of this practice. No services will be available to you after February 21, 2010. We recommend you find another dental office where you can have your complete and lower denture made"" Lol of coarse we will. I cannot believe they wasted their money just to upset my dad with this insulting letter. What a bunch of fucktards with no clue how to treat patients. They should have checked the insurance while waiting and we even made sure before my sister took dad that he was covered and they said yes. Obviously the comments below must be true. Do not go here plenty of other dentist around. My dad wanted to go here because they spoke Spanish so dont fall for that just go to a nice American dentist who treats their patients well. I felt like I was in another country! 5/14/2008

No one in this dentist's office speaks English! I had no clue as to what anyone in the staff was saying to me! I waited almost an hour to be seen. When I was finally sat in a room, it took another 25 minutes for the doctor to see me. When he finally came in, he prodded around in my mouth and belted a lot of ""oohs"" and ""ahhs"" but I could not understand anything he said! Never again. Do not recommend! more

Avoid this Dental Office! 9/24/2007

You will not walk in without paying. Dr. Celia Hernandez is a Monster; Rude, Careless, and Incompetent. She fractured my #9 tooth then denied doing so with major attitude. She had me under anesthesia and started to hammer down a crown she could not simply remove with the regular dental tool; hammering down until she got it out. When the anesthesia wore out, wow! the pain was unbearable and taking Percocet, Darvocet would not take the pain away...6 root canal surgeries after with a different specialist concluded my tooth was fractured. I had to have it removed permanently! I spent a year suffering with this situation until I flew outside of the country and got my teeth fixed beautifully. Before you decide to go into this office think TWICE and if there is anything I can help you with information do not hesitate to let me know. MR Cons: Everything is bad bad bad! more
