Review content:
Never got to meet Dr. Ruiz I only got the pleasure of dealing with Dr Celia Hernandez who was unpleasant and unfriendly ! This was the worst dental experience i have ever encountered and had to ask to reschedule after waiting over an hour in the dental chair. When I asked to reschedule at a better time for them Dr Celia Hernandez came out with extreme attitude and was very rude to me .This is when Dr Celia Hernandez came out to tell me that I f I want to be seen fast maybe I should go somewhere else ( this was rude and uncalled for as she spoke over me like I meant nothing , horrible customer service !) . At Crown Dental the emergency patients come first and they don't mind making the appointment patients wait all day if you will let them . My last visit for a check up and cleaning at Crown dental took almost four hours , i waited in the dental chair for over an hour till i was seen , even fell asleep waiting !!! I will be taking Dr Celia Hernandez advise and finding a dentist that can take care of me in a reasonable time !! A dentist that has respect for their patients and their time !!
