They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

Worst

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

Backs up his work 10/5/2014

Had a small problem with what was to be done on truck. Brad called me to bring it back in and he fixed it at no charge. Its nice to see someone has integrity these days. Thanks Brad more

Reliable & honest! 9/27/2014

Had my brakes repaired rather than allowing dealer to do the job. Saved me half the cost dealer quoted because rotors could be turned, exact opposite of dealer's statement. I trust HA&B as they have proven over the years to be honest & good at what they do! Will continue to recommend them to friends! more

They were honest provided great customer service 9/23/2014

Thought I needed to get my brakes done because I had 96,000 miles on my Jeep but when I brought it in, they told me I didnt need them done, which was very honest. They also changed my air filter which apparently hadnt been checked by the previous places I had my oil changed in a long time because it was hard to get to. more

Computer glitch caused me to get the wrong oil 8/4/2014

My account has a Note on it to use Synthetic Oil Only - for some reason, this note did not print out on the work order, so I got the conventional oil, which is a Synthetic Blend. Not a huge deal, but will have to change oil in 3,000 miles instead of 5,000, so that's an additional trip to the shop. more
