Had an reoccurring issue with the brakes on our vehicle due to what I assume was a problem with the brake pads. Either way, HB&A went out of their way to make it right even though it was no fault of theirs. The customer here is ALWAYS treated fairly and put first!! Thanks again to the entire staff!! more

I have used Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto for several years. They have the best customer service ! Honest and fair pricing. They always explain everything to me and make me feel that I dont lack in the auto info. I have referred many friends and co-workers. I wouldn"t take my car anywhere else. Terrible service and terrible communication skills. They don't know anything about antiques as I was originally led to believe. I changed a slew of parts out on my own but brought the truck to them because I had the points off and the carb settings needed adjusting. I was led to believe they could handle this. They fixed the points but had no clue about the carb. They used a zip tie to hold the choke open instead of changing the settings on the carb with the screws provided. Then they wanted to argue with me about it. I knew more about what the parts were on that carb then they did. The choke is sticking and there is a fuel leak in the rebuilt carb but they didn't bother to tell me that until I asked for my money back and had to get ugly. What they should have done was called me and told me those things and we could have worked together to get a new carb. Stinks when you pay someone to know more than you and they don't. more

I've had the opportunity to use Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto Repair a few times recently and have always been pleased with the service. Prices are resonable and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Great job!!! Will definately use again, although I really hope that I don't have to. more

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly....I would use them anyday over a dealer. more
