They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

Worst

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

They are always looking to make sure they fix the problem and are honest about whats the best repair for it. I trust the option they give me without concern that they are trying to see how much the can get away charging. more

Oil change 6/5/2015

Had a 2.5 hr wait instead of waiting I went home and they called when it was my turn and I was in and out in about thirty mins. That was great!! more

Went in today to get the oil changed on my husband's van - service was fast and efficient. Brad and his team are always great to work and keep both of our cars running smoothly. We wouldn't go anywhere else more

Another great service visit 5/26/2015

This was my second time using Hermitage Hills Brake and Auto, Just like last time, great honest service at an unbeatable price. Luckily my issue was a cheap and easy fix, but Im thankful they were honest about what needed to be done and it was no big deal. Im definitely glad I found this place due to great reviews I read online. Will definitely keep bringing my vehicle here as needed. more

Each and every time I have gone to Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto I have gotten excellent service. Mr. Keith makes you feel a part of a family. The crew does not stop until the find and fix the issue to satisfaction. Emergency or not they have been there for me and not robbed me in the process. Many thanks HHB&A. more

Just bought a new car. Hermitage Hills checked it out there were two problems. Took it to the dealership and they fixed the 2 problems. Without H.H. I don't know how my cars would survive. So me and my car thank u. Been customers and will remain loyal custers. more

Honest, Reliable Service 3/20/2015

Brad and his team always take great care of my car - today's service was a routine oil change but as always the service was efficient and well done. My camry has over 240,000 miles on it and thanks to Brad and his team I'm sure it will be on the road for many more miles more

Honest, comprehensive, and efficient service 3/18/2015

I moved from Ohio to Hermitage about a year and a half ago. Completely unfamiliar with the area, I wasn't really sure where to take my car the first time I needed service. I've been to Hermitage Hills several times since moving here and I'm continually impressed with the service provided at Hermitage Hills and the knowledge of the employees. I know very little about cars but Keith always takes the time to tell me exactly what issues my car is having in an accessible way. I feel like their prices are fair and affordable. Never thought I could be passionate about a vehicle repair shop but I am--You're doing yourself and your vehicle a disservice if you don't go to Hermitage Hills. Thank you, Brad and co.! more
