Herman's Bakery is known for their delicious cakes and stunning design. Their customer service is great!!! Evertime I visit Herman's I leave with more things than I came in for.

Amazing 16th Birthday Cake! 4/6/2010

We have been using Herman's for years, so when it came time to get my daughter's 16th birthday cake, I knew where to go. Took a sketch in of what my daughter wanted, and Adrienne and her staff created just what she wanted. My daughter actually squealed the first time she saw the cake, she was so happy. I was amazed at the way it came out. It looked like a Charm City Cake, at 1/10 of the Charm City price. And it tasted as good as it looked. When they first boxed up the cake, which was three tiers, they had it in a box that was only three-sided, and the top level of the cake fell off when we were turning out of the bakery. I was devastated, but took the cake back and they fixed it up right away, making it look good as new! After getting a better box, we were on our way to the party, where all of the guests raved about how delicious the cake was and how amazing it looked. I would definitely recommend Herman's, as they have great prices and a great product. Pros: Yummy cake, looked awesome, top-notch customer service Cons: flimsy carrying box more

Awesome custom designed cakes 8/28/2009

My niece just turned 5 and I wanted to get her a unicorn cake because she loves unicorns. The decorators at Herman’s said no problem we can cut one out of a pound cake, and that’s what they did. It looked amazing and the decorators put their heart into making my niece very happy. Pros: Delicious desserts Cons: A little far away; but they do deliver! more

Best of Baltimore Catering!!! Delicious 5/13/2009

I called Herman's bakery and Catering for a last minute catering order for a Lunch meeting at my office. I had no idea if it was possible but the manager was exceptionally helpful and willing to provide me with what ever I needed for the next day. My luncheon was delivered on-time with a great presentation. Everything was fresh and delicious. i have since ordered 2 more luncheons for next month. Pros: Great food, service and prices more
