We have been using Herman's for years, so when it came time to get my daughter's 16th birthday cake, I knew where to go. Took a sketch in of what my daughter wanted, and Adrienne and her staff created just what she wanted. My daughter actually squealed the first time she saw the cake, she was so happy. I was amazed at the way it came out. It looked like a Charm City Cake, at 1/10 of the Charm City price. And it tasted as good as it looked. When they first boxed up the cake, which was three tiers, they had it in a box that was only three-sided, and the top level of the cake fell off when we were turning out of the bakery. I was devastated, but took the cake back and they fixed it up right away, making it look good as new! After getting a better box, we were on our way to the party, where all of the guests raved about how delicious the cake was and how amazing it looked. I would definitely recommend Herman's, as they have great prices and a great product.
