This is my second review because the first one was accidentally posted with only one star. We had two new Rinnai direct vent heaters for our sunroom and offices installed by Tyler and Jason today. They arrived on-time, we courteous and left the area clean. They were finished with the installation at the time they had told us they would. Before leaving they showed us how to operate the heaters. more

My wife and I had two new Rinnai heaters installed today By Tyler and Jason from Heritage. I can not give these guys enough stars! They were on time gave us an estimate of how long it would take (They hit it dead on) and after they finished they explained how to use the heaters AND made sure my house was clean before they left! Call them! Oh, and Heritage....Give these guys a raise! more

David came quickly (but see below) and cleared our clogged drain. He was friendly, did a good job, and left the site as clean as he found it. Happy to have him help us. Unfortunately, Heritage Plumbing initially offered to schedule somebody, but in *four days*, as all their technicians were very busy. A cancellation suddenly had David at our door within an hour - nice - but the charge for the service was shockingly high, especially considering we have a service contract with them. But none of that is David's fault... he can come back any time! more

Matt Stanton was the technician that came for my yearly AC unit maintenance. I prepay to make it convenient. Matt gave me a call about 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to let me know he would be there and to ask if there were any special parking considerations. I thought that was a nice touch. Matt showed up on time and very friendly. He had the respectful shoe booties in his hand that the Heritage Team always has to not track dirt in. I told him there was no need. He did a thorough inspection and maintenance on my unit and gave me recommendations of service to be performed (minimal). Clear information, I never feel like they are trying to push a service on me. I am very happy with the service I get from Heritage. I replaced my entire home HVAC in 2010 with Heritage and I have been a loyal customer since that day. They are literally there when I need them. more

Called for a leak in the hot water heater. Technician was at my house the next day. Very professional. He explained the issue and what was needed for the repair. Also told me the unit was still under warranty. He also cleaned up after the job was done. more
