Worst

Excuses, excuses, excuses, is all I got from this company. Took them three days to come out and fix my A/C. Will never use again.

The folks at Heritage Heating & Cooling have been taking care of our old HVAC for some 12 years now, and have done a spectacular job! I don't believe there's another company in Middle Tennessee who could have or would have worked so patiently with our old unit - now some 20 years old. I recommend Heritage Heating & Cooling to ALL of my neighbors, and since I have to live in the same community with them, I only recommend companies I really believe in. Heritage Heating & Cooling is a GREAT company!!!!! more

Best A/C-Heating Company in town!!! 1/27/2011

After moving into a new house our a/c unit broke down, mid summer. They were prompt and efficient in not only fixing the unit, but also modifying code errors from the previous HVAC contractor. Then (after purchasing a home warranty) I had questions when my furnace broke down. I told Heritage what the warranty contractor had said and they gave me excellent advice...not only that, Heritage hauled off my old unit for free, saving me $125 from the other contractor. Free advice, prompt service,.. what more could you ask from a service company. more

Quick service and low prices. Fixed right or your money back. That is # 1 HVAC contracting. The owner answers the phone. His technicians are friendly, drug free, background checked and knowledgable. more

If you need your A/C fixed in a hurry do not call them! 8/11/2010
