After moving into a new house our a/c unit broke down, mid summer. They were prompt and efficient in not only fixing the unit, but also modifying code errors from the previous HVAC contractor. Then (after purchasing a home warranty) I had questions when my furnace broke down. I told Heritage what the warranty contractor had said and they gave me excellent advice...not only that, Heritage hauled off my old unit for free, saving me $125 from the other contractor. Free advice, prompt service,.. what more could you ask from a service company.
