Fantastic service!! I called 5 companies and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone yet make an appointment. HEP picked up!! They were here in 30 minutes, they were professional, even wore booties when he came in. The technician was very knowledgeable and got the job done with out issue. The price was even better than I expected. I would recommend HEP to anyone looking for plumbing service. And to all those who didn't pick up the phone, thats ok, HEP will get the work and they deserve it!! more

Installation is an Abomination 8/28/2010

Please ask around about RECENT experience with HEP. I had all kinds of issues with my installation. The outside unit was hanging 6"" off the foundation, the inside unit was dented up before installation, the ducts were not sealed properly, and I have had repeated reliability issues with the Carrier unit they installated. I found out after my installation that HEP is not a Carrier factory authorized dealer. I believe my issues are due to growth pains in the company that have caused HEP to sacrifice quality and customer service. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! more

Very Professional 5/7/2010

On time, clean and professional team, Very knowledgeable and efficient. They made sure we knew how to operate the new equipment and they even came back to check on us a week or so after the fact. We recently had our home inspected to make sure it was energy efficient.. The inspector told us that they have never seen a heating and air unit duct system that was leak free.like ours was. This was over a year after HEP installed the system. I highly recommend them for heating and air as well for electrical. we have not had any problems with our new breaker box either.
