Very Satisfied Customer 10/3/2017

After purchasing an older home with a hydronic (hot water) heating system, (that I used to know nothing about), I called for a maintenance/service visit to have the system thoroughly checked over and verified to be ready for use in the upcoming home heating season. Jolene was very helpful and friendly and had Jared scheduled to come by and conduct a maintenance visit in short order. Jared was very courteous (meaning: patient with me and my multiple and sometimes repetitive questions) and went over all of the components of the system with me, explaining their purpose and how they work. He then thoroughly cleaned and checked the system, finding it to be functioning as it should. I am now much more comfortable with this heating system, and can say with full confidence that I will, without hesitation, rely on Henson Robinson Company for future maintenance and support for my home heating system. more

Kelly Bullock does great work! 9/27/2017

Last year when our fall furnace check was done we were told the primary heat exchanger was showing signs of age. Kelly did our furnace check this year and stated the heat exchangers were a little corroded, but looked ok for the age of the furnace. He was thorough and professional and answered all our questions. We were very impressed with his knowledge and ability. Kelly's work is a good reflection on Henson Robinson. We will request him in the future! more

review of maintenance service 9/26/2017

Kelly B. was the technician who came to do the annual inspection of furnace. He was on time, wore shoe covers and was thorough and polite. In addition to furnace inspection he diagnosed the problem of water on floor and scheduled repair of the leaking part, checked and put batteries in smoke and CO meters. Excellent service. more

Made Pregnant Customer's Day 7/22/2017

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Eric E.'s stellar customer service. He braved the heat, humidity and rain to come out on a Saturday morning to install our temporary air conditioning unit, so our family did not have to spend another night in a hotel. My 2 year old son, 8 month pregnant wife thank Eric from the bottom of our hearts for helping us out! more

AC work at my home 7/20/2017

I don't recall who I spoke with in service repair, yet she was great. Gave options and explain OT cost if I went with same day. It's too hot and I went with that option. Steve arrived about 4:15, diagnosed the problem quickly. Made the repair quickly and stuck around to ensure the AC unit was cooling again. He outlined the time frame of how long the unit would run. First removing the humidity and then I would start noticing a temperature decline. He checked my filters and they need to be replaced. However, mine is an odd size and although I thought I had some, I didn't. He was willing to change them out if I did, because it isn't one that is stocked. After having a medical procedure yesterday, I was thankful that my home had cooled down and was comfortable by bedtime. Thanks, Steve - Great Job! more

Excellent Personal Service and Great System 7/1/2017

Mark Patrick, Henson Robinson Company Manager, provided excellent personal service to help us choose the Carrier System that met our personal needs. We chose the Carrier Infinity Series and we are extremely pleased with the heating and air system. Mark and his team installed new duct work, furnace and air unit. The system is quiet and has saved us money in our monthly bills. I am extremely pleased with the Infinity Touch thermostat. I simply set the temperature parameters and the system keeps my house comfortable without having to adjust the heat or air conditioning. I highly recommend the product, sales team and installers. Extremely pleased we chose Carrier! more

very professional, careful with tracking shoes etc. Friendly and explains well as he does the maintenance . Makes customer understand the parts and their role. Helps with ideas for preventive care. Very neat with his work. Next visit to install a thermostat was also very thorough with the wires and their role. Explained the program functions very well. Love to have him back with full confidence. more

Preventative maintenance for air conditioner 6/21/2017

Steve N did my preventive maintenance for my air conditioner and did a great job. He checked the air conditioner charging system, blew out the drainage hose and checked the compressor and control system. He answered all my questions and did not leave a mess to clean up. Very professional in his job and very cordial to me. more
