Kelly B. was the technician who came to do the annual inspection of furnace. He was on time, wore shoe covers and was thorough and polite. In addition to furnace inspection he diagnosed the problem of water on floor and scheduled repair of the leaking part, checked and put batteries in smoke and CO meters. Excellent service.
