I have praised him previously, but he deserves another. I am a frequent customer because my car is aging and requires more service--Jay always offers his usual high level of performance in taking care of me. He makes sure that I know exactly what they will do to the car and the costs involved. He check in with me frequently to keep me posted on the wait time involved. I can't recall the number of cars I've bought 2/9/2011

John I leased a new 328i for my son today with Tim Nelson. I can't recall the number of cars I've bought since my '66 Mustang in 1970 - its been a lot. Today was by far the best experience I have had. Tim was outstanding in every way. Listened to our needs and delivered what we wanted at the price point I had shared with him. Fair and straighforward. Most of all he made my son feel engaged in the whole experience. It was a pleasure working with Tim from the first phone conversation through delivery I look forward to taking care of my own new car needs with Tim in the next few months. I don't think I have ever felt that way before - and that includes purchases of Mercedes, BMW, and topline suvs from Toyota. Thanks for the good experience Best regards more

eff Bitner goes above and beyond on a regular basis 2/3/2011

John and Cliff, This note is long overdue, but my recent experience at your dealership reminded me that I owe it you guys to point out how Jeff Bitner goes above and beyond on a regular basis and how good he is for Hendrick. I don?t have time to point out all the things he has done over the last 2+ years since I bought my car but I think it says enough that because of Jeff, I actually look forward to bringing my car in for service because he always goes out of his way help me pass the time and takes it as a sales opportunity to show me BMWs latest and greatest, even if my lease was 35 months out and sometimes knows I can?t afford what he?s showing me. He even showed me the Ghost you had a few months back. I think the carpet in that thing was softer than my mattress. Jeff exemplifies what BMW is all about and he takes pride in performing at a high level every single day. He doesn?t take days off and it shows. I view luxury car sales to be as much about a differentiated customer experience as mechanical performance. Jeff isn?t the reason I feel like safe driving my 335 twice the speed limit, but he is the reason I don?t look at Mercedes and if I buy another BMW when my lease is up in 9 months, Jeff will be a big reason why. Net-Net, Jeff treats people the right way and I doubt that enough people take the time to look your emails up online and let you know about it. more

Our daughter, will be filling out a survey and I’m sure she will make it all 10’s. We liked the process so well; my wife might get a pre-owned BMW next year when we replace her SUV. more

I did make my initial inquiry via the Internet, but ended up going to the showroom that same afternoon. My 1999 528i had been pronounced "dead" by the mechanic and I needed to do something. While my initial inquiry was about a Certified Pre-Owned car, because of the very low interest on traditional financing, we bought a new car from Tommy Ballard that evening. The experience with Tommy was just terrific: he is a credit to the Hendrick sales team. more

First of all, I am thrilled with my car. It has been a life long dream of mine to own an M3 and the irony of it is that the car that I purchased had everything in it without having to place an order. My experience at Hendrick Imports was fantastic. Tim Nelson is an exceptional sales associate, enthusiastic, supportive and solution oriented. Your approach to relationship selling is fantastic. I also think that your full maintenance coverage model is something that you should highlight even more in the media. The value to the customer of this program is exceptional and really is something that in my mind that made the buying decision easier. just wanted to send a note to all to personally thank you for taking care of our car in such a timely fashion, PLUS delivering the car to our home yesterday evening by Service Advisor David (?)…didn’t get his business card and forget his last name. My wife and I are very grateful this and thank you and the team for taking care of this service problem in such a timely manner. I understand how extremely busy your group is, and do appreciate all the effort to get us back up and running. Thank you also for having David take the rental car back to the dealership today, as this is an extremely nice service to have on this occasion. We also want you to know that Trip Tanner is a very courteous and helpful Service Advisor, and I understand he was just doing his job to provide immediate transportation to a customer in need. This whole issue is not about his ability but basically a series missteps and not really hearing how the customer was reacting to the situation. Am writing this letter to share my experience in buying my new 528i from Mike Morrow. My wife and I have bought 4 BMW's from Mike since 2005. We have always been thrilled with the service that he provides and the job that he does. As time goes on, these cars become more and mroe complex in the technology that is built into them I am always amazed about the level of understanding that Mike has of these cars and his ability to help me understand all that they can do to suit my needs. In addition to Mike's understanding of his product, the sales process that we go through is very relaxed and straight forward. The professionalism that he demonstrates combine with his personable character make buying a BMW a wonderful experience. The end result that I always had is that when I drive out of the parking lot, I feel that I have not only gotten a fair deal, but also received tremendous vaule from Mike and the entire Hendrick BMW staff. more

As we said, this was a great car buying experience. There was no pressure. We had test driven the car, liked it, but it was the first car we tried. We still wanted to look at the Mercedes. Mr. Ballard called over to your Mercedes dealer - they were ready for us to test drive their car. We took a couple of days to make our decision and went back to BMW. My husband had purchased an Audi 2 years before and the experience was very unpleasant - but we had to deal with it because that was the car he wanted. Your dealership and Mr. Ballard were the complete opposite - just terrific! more
